Subject Line Generator
Create compelling email subject lines that boost open rates
How it works
Describe your email — paste the content or briefly describe what the email is about. The more specific you are, the better the output.
Pick a tone — choose from professional, friendly, urgent, casual, persuasive, or creative depending on who you're writing to and why.
Copy and send — select the subject line that fits, copy it, and you're done. You can also regenerate if you want a fresh set.
What makes a subject line work
Keep it under 60 characters. Most mobile inboxes cut off subject lines around 40–60 characters. Shorter subjects are more likely to display fully and get read — aim to front-load the important part.
Avoid spam trigger patterns. Words like "free," "guaranteed," excessive caps, and multiple exclamation marks can flag your email before it even reaches the inbox. Straightforward language typically performs better.
Specific beats generic. "Your invoice for April is ready" outperforms "Important update" every time. If the subject line could belong to any email from any sender, it probably isn't pulling its weight.
